ANGEL MAY UPDATE!!! Angel May, the dog whose owner dumped at the vet, is now SA…

By Angels Among Us Pet Rescue

Angel May, the dog whose owner dumped at the vet, is now SAFE with us and is in her foster home with the wonderful Stephanie Cooper! Thanks to everyone that donated to Angel May! Here’s what Stephanie has to say about her:

“Angel May is a little shy, but she was wagging her tail this AM. She did great in her crate last and she appears to be housebroken. She is very sweet but seems a bit nervous. She likes to be petted and doesn’t shy away from being touched. She gets along with all of my dogs (I have 12 right now) and doesn’t bother with the cats. She is just adorable and has the sweetest puppy face! Her pictures don’t do her justice! We have to fatten her up a bit since she’s underweight and medicate her for 30 days before we start her heartworm treatment. She is going to be a truly wonderful dog for someone. I’m so grateful she has a chance at a new life. She’s obviously had a lousy 4 or 5 years, being heartworm positive, loaded with fleas, and severely under-fed. She’s a darling girl and boy, has her luck changed! She also loves walks and is great on a leash!”

    Hi Guys!
We have adopted from your organization in the past thru Lisa and Karen and after my 16 and 18 yr old rescue pups passed away within 6 mos. of each other this year, I started the search for another little rescue to keep my 10 yr old cocker mix company…. she has stopped eating and is really depressed since her sister Abbey passed away 6 weeks ago. We have rescued dogs that are heartworm positive in the past and are not worried about this. Would love to meet little Angel May in person with our Callie to see how they get along!!!Pleasde comsider us! We will give her the best forever home ever!!!
