Francis was picked up from St. Francis Animal Hospital. An elderly man found Francis on the street, and dropped him off, hoping Francis would soon find a home. He was then transported to our care center where he has been observed vomiting. After taking x-rays, the vet has concluded that he has bloat and will need to go to a vet ASAP! He must leave tomorrow and go straight to a vet!!
