***UPDATE ON CLAUDETTE***

Our sweet girl is holding on and FIGHTING! She is still at the one of the top emergency veterinary hospitals and is in stable condition. She has a spinal fracture, some anal tone, and we originally thought that she had no neurological response but upon further evaluation she has sensation in 9 out of 10 toes!!! She is being evaluated by the surgeon tomorrow so that we’ll know the next course of action and be able to explore treatment options after their consultation.

Her emergency veterinary care is VERY costly to Angels but we won’t settle for any less than the best care! Claudette is worth it! HER LIFE MATTERS!!! She has LOTS of life left and you can see in her eyes how hard she is fighting!!! She wants to be loved and she wants to live life!!! Please help us to help her keep fighting and DONATE to her care! We operate solely based on your donations and we really need your help with her case! We won’t give up on her! Help us to keep FIGHTING with her!!! Help us be able to give Claudette everything she needs to get better!!!!

DONATE towards Claudette’s vet care here:

COOPER UPDATED – For Father’s, we thought we would share some happy news! This is seriously TOO CUTE not to share.

Cooper’s Update on Sunday 6/21

Cooper continues to rest. He still has no appetite so hand feeding is the only way right now to encourage him to eat. When he first gets up from a lying down position he is starting to use his sore back leg for a few steps, so that is a bit of progress. Our conversation this morning:

Cooper: “Mom, when am I gonna feel better?”
FM: “I hope soon Cooper”
Cooper: “I don’t like being sick, it’s no fun”
FM: “I know honey, no one likes to be sick. But all the medicine I give you will help you to feel better”
Cooper: “What is ‘medicine’?”
FM: “The little things I keep giving you in a tasty treat to make the sickness go away”
Cooper: “Ok Mom, thank you”
FM: “There are a lot of people who love you and want you to feel better too, Cooper. They look at pictures of you and read about you everyday”
Cooper: “There are?”
FM: “Yes Cooper, they send you lots of love and get well wishes”
Cooper: “Ok, can you tell them thank you for me?”
FM: “Yes Cooper, I will tell them.”
Cooper: “I’m gonna go back to sleep now Mom”
FM: “Ok Cooper, you rest that helps you to feel better”
Cooper: “Ok Mom, I love you”
FM: “I love you too Cooper”

For all of Cooper’s wonderful Facebook friends, he says thank you for your love and prayers and get well wishes.

Cooper: “Did you tell them?”
FM: “Yes Cooper, I told them”
Cooper: “Ok, thank you Mom”
FM: “You’re welcome honey, now get some rest”

Happy Father’s Day to all the Father’s out there!! …read more
